...freezes and? when the tv freezes then the phone goes dead the router shuts down and you loose your internet connection when you call they send out a tech he checks it out and gets it working until 4 or 5 pm then it starts to freeze every 20 min then sometimes it stays on for 40 min then there are days that with the tv off the router goes out for 1 or 2 min and if you are on the phone the call is disconnected it will a long time before they have the software that will make it work, but they expect you to keep paying for something that does not work, and if you want to go back to a land line the want to charge you $190.00 for canceling the contract
