ATT upgrade eligibility?

OK i cant figure out if i am eligible for a phone upgrade because on ATT's website if you click upgrade it just takes you to the store and i can't tell if the prices are those after an upgrade or if i am not yet eligible. i believe there is a number you can text to check your eligibility but i don't remember what it is, does anyone know? thank you
