att u verse rj11 connection help?

i tripped over the cable and ripped the wire out the rj11 jack , i have a punchdown tool but i dont know where to put the wires, the two wires that were in were green and whitegreen, my jack is color coded but i noticed that one of the green was in a blue slot, does anyone know how to wire this properly, i know they use green wires for tv and thats what stopped working once i tripped on it, internet and phone are good though
