i appreciate all responses! In the middle of purchasing a freight liner truck (title not yet under my name) was in an accident, truck totaled. MY insurance paid all expenses and remaining balance owed. There was a total remaining of $12,000 left that i believe I'm entitled to it but was sent to the man who's name was on the title. i know i wasn't the legal owner yet and what not but i took care of road taxes, truck repairs and insurance and expenses and my insurance paid ALL off so why am i not entitle to the 12,000? is there any program or attorney or help i can seek , i believe i have a potential claim but dont know where to start.
