at customer service? Yes, and hello. I'm a PT sales rep, and to my surprise when I went into one of my stores to sign into the vendor log-in book, the guy at the front desk was just --well kind of snotty. I said please, and thank you, was nice and all. And just think it's so rude to be treated disrespectfully after driving so far away to greeted like THAT? Sheesh! Even when I said "Thank-you" a second time, the jerk just gave me a dirty look for NO REASON! {LoL,--made a point to ask this today to see how other sales reps handle it, and if they too have felt insulted once in awhile during their daily routes driving all over creation to get to their stores/offices, etc. ? Hey thanks!
