Around the second month: my $200 card never came in the mail. After waiting a sufficient amount of time, I called and asked for them to resend it. They said they would and should take 4-6 additional weeks)
After ~6 weeks: I call them. They said since they "mailed it" on X day (random date), i should get it within 1-2 weeks. If not, I should call.
2 weeks: No card so I call back. The guy gives me a different date that they mailed it. Said it should be just 1-2 more weeks. If not, I should call back.
3 more weeks: No card yet so I call. The person on the phone says that i asked for it to be resent 2 weeks ago (they never said anything about resending it, nor did I ask for that). She said I should wait 1-2 weeks. If not, I should call back.
2 weeks: I have not received it yet.
What do you think?

So overall, it's been about 5 months since trying to redeem it..
