Tomorrow I'm scheduled to go test at this Pearson Vue center for the AT&T Premises technician job. The scenario is this: I live in Florida and have a clean driver's license here with nothing on it. But 18 months ago I was living in upstate NY and I was involved in an accident. At the hospital they drew blood and found traces of my prescription sleep aid Ambien so I was charged with a DWAI (driving while ability impaired). If I continue to pursue this position with ATT that I know involves driving company vehicles, will the background check/s they conduct pull my conviction in NY state or will they just run my clean Florida license?
