ATT PHONE SERVICE--Does anyone else have it?

I am in the process of porting my number from Sprint to ATT--so far every single turn has been a nightmare, they have made a ton of mistakes and everyone is rude. Plus you cant easily get anyone. Does anyone else have ATT? Will it get better? Are they always this horrible to customers? (i still have time to cut and run) Thanks
 
OMG wow I have never heard of that I never had any issues with them my mom has had them for 20 yrs and loves them me I have had them for 4 yrs love them they have the best customer service and i used to have verizon b4 them and omg I hate how they treated me and also when i go to the AT&T building and need to buy something or need help I walk in and get help in a snap and walk out really fast cause I was helped so well and quick WOW sorry I have never heard of that all my friends and my entire family has them and Love it and they live all over the United States
