I recently just bought a Palm Pre Plus with ATT and so far i love it. However, I've noticed some possible problems with my ringtones? I have an mp3 file for my ringtones but for my texting i have just a default sms tone. They work fine, but not all the time. Sometimes people will call and you can look down on the screen and see them calling, but theres no sound. The same goes with the sms tone. The tone doesnt always go off when I receive a text unless I actually close out of the messaging window. Can anyone explain this to me?
