I had my first account with ATT for over 4 years and never had a problem until I upgraded my service. From then on they kelp overcharging me for problems on there end. That went on for 6 months until I had that account closed but I had a new account set up a month later because I coundn't find another high speed carrier here. They started overcharging me again for the same reasons so after a few months I had that account cut off when I found a new internet provider.
Now they are telling me that I owe them for the last 2 months service because I didnt pay those 2 months because they never would refund my money for all the times they overcharged me and they are claiming that my original account that I had for over 4 years (the one they owe me the most money on) never existed!
What can I do about this? I don't have my records anymore because I thought we had settled this 6 months ago when I talked to the corporate office. Now I'm getting letters from the collection service
