Att or Verizon Wireless?

I currently have a tmobile family plan and am planing to switch to either att or verizon. Which company is better? I will be only talking and texting. If I go with att then I would get 550 minutes w/roller over and 200 messages.... I would get the lg xenon. And If I go with Verizon I would get 700 minutes and 250 message... I would get the lg ev3

Which is better to get and why?

Verizon would cost about 75
Att would be $10 dollars cheaper

I have AT&T and love it. Great reception and all. But with Verizon, you're getting more for your dollar.
