ATT job offer questions?

I applied at ATT and Verizon-- I have some interviews but I am wondering what type of benefits they get. I know commission and health and stuff but I am wondering do they get discounted phones and plans. Also with ATT do they get any discounted cable or internet. I would like to know from a sales rep or ex rep. The position is for a Retail Sales Rep. Thank you
