Okay not to long ago I upgraded to the fastest internet they had in my area. ATT Elite 6.0mbps and I got an average down speed of 5.0mbps. Now my question is.... after i turn off my computer then back on it suddenly drops to about 3.8mbps!! I have to restart my modem and router and then it goes back to 5.0mbps. Is there any way to prevent me from doing this? I notice this cause I download heavily everyday.
