ok i have att internet basic..they downgraded me cuz i couldnt get pro..i spoke to them many times and they said nothing is wrong..but i pay for 768kilobits download..and it always drops to 384..i know my line is capable of 2megabits cuz i did a test..but i cant remember where i did it..so i restart my speedstream 5100 modem (which is connected to a belkin router) and it goes back up to 768kiloits..but then a few hours later i run another test and theses are the results
