it seems theres something wrong with my downloading speed.cause i can browse quite fast like facebook or tumblr
but when it comes to downloading or watching a video its so slow...like a youtube video, it keeps buffering every second and to download a 319mb file the estimate says 294 minutes...is it just me or ATT has problems?
i went to speedtest.net and my ping is 45ms, dl speed .21 mbps upload speed is .41mbps
