I just recently upgraded my phones (family plan) in the mid of December. I see that not only am I paying for the "Prorated" charges but also for the "Advance Month Charge." For example, I was charged for 12/20 (the date of which I made the order) through 1/03, and also for 1/04-2/03.
I have never had this experience before. Is this a new policy that you have to pay in advance, or is this the way it works for the first month that you just upgraded your phones? I'm gonna give them a call soon, but I just want to get ahead and see what's coming.
