I'm curious if there's something going on with T-Mobile in the Atlanta area or if there's anything (setting, firmware upgrade?) I could do to my 8100 Pearl to improve reception.
It used to be that I had decent to great reception almost everywhere & then starting a few weeks ago I can't get reception in restaurants. The place doesn't seem to matter--some are small places in renovated houses up to big concrete buildings.
Outside I've dropped a few more calls than is normal but it's not as profound a change as the reception in a pub or restaurant. I don't want to be the obnoxious patron but I would like to be able to check e-mail.
Anyone else? Any settings I can/should check?
