i play microsoft flight simulator and it demands a lot of cpu power, however i am on a budget and i want the best for performance, so i am considering either an Athlon II X4:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871

Or a Phenom II X4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103656

which is better for this type of game?
