I used to run 100m in school athletics competitions and stuff, nothing major really. My best time was 13.69 and I never really trained. I got this time when I was 13 or 14. I'm 15 now but will probably get 16 seconds if I ran now. I always mean to get back into training as I always enjoyed this race. I could do with getting back into some routine so has anyone got anything I could follow up without getting bored. As I know I can't just do a few sprints, but I am not a very good long distance runner. Thanks.
