Atheist, what is your biggest argument against the existence of God?

@Bru186: Ah, but you can prove a negative. All you have to do is show something is self-contradictory in nature. Do I have an invisible purple elephant? No. If the elephant is invisible then I could never know its color. If I could detect the color then the elephant is not invisible. So I have proved an invisible purple elephant does not exist.
