ATA&T/Verizon plans and iPhone?

If I wanted unlimited calling/texting with AT&T and 3G network on an iPhone how much would it cost for a 1 year plan. And if I wanted to cancel my 3G plan after 2-4 months how much extra would I have to pay to cancel. And is the iPhone REALLY coming to Verizon in June? And if so how much would a similar plan be.
