At wits end over odd symptoms.

Hello, all! I've done a lot of research and to no avail.

I have a twitch that occurs in my left hand side that SEEMS to be related to eating. It isn't pain. But like someone quickly grabs the left side of my chest and lets go. This can wake me up at night, and also gives a general hit of anxiety.

I'm going crazy trying to figure it out. I've had tests done and my blood work is normal. But I don't think acid reflux or GERD would cause left side twitching so badly. It seems to occur after eating, sometimes, sleep, and sometimes just randomly and then vanishes.

Could it be an alser? The twitch even effects a nerve that seems to go under the armpit of my left arm.

Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch in advance for your help.
