...politics, be happy 24 hours a day? Yes, even while you are sleeping. Is this why R&S can be so toxic sometimes, all that pent up energy?
 
Having dealt with shrinks for years, I can tell you that is what they expect or they think they have failed and you are not mentally healthy. WTH? Having a normal emotion is not unhealthy...in fact, it is quite the opposite.

So what do I do? I show my shrink what he wants to see.

It is good if R&S can be a way for people to vent.
