At The Gym 3 to 4 Days A Week, Want to Bulk Up & Add Lean Muscle. What Foods Should I Eat, Like Meals etc. h?

Has anyone got any ideas what are good foods for adding that extra bit muscle at the gym.

like meals dinner breakfast etc

i am not that kean on sea food though, i mean meat like good hearty meals ideal for a body builder and such, as i do go to the gym alot and make dinners meals etc but don't really no weather they are full of protein or just fat ugh and fat is no good because i want to build lean muscle and not fat

all Q? are welcome as i do want all the Information and ideas that i can try out so if you are a body builder and you no what works then let me no or even if not still put your answer

Buy you some decent protein powder/whey protein powder. If you can afford the fancy one then buy this one called Six Star Muscle Whey Protein, they sell it at Walmart. At my gym you can protein shakes and all sorts of shakes to boost you up. Making your own is cheaper though.
 
Eat yo meat. Wow that was corny.. Lol. But yeah, red meats and eggs... And..... Like Andrew said, they make protein-muscle-building stuff. That would help.
