i just had my phone replaced due to technical issues inside the phone (other words, wasnt my fault, it was defected). i have an insurance plan where i pay 5 dollars a month . they replaced that phone fine, no problems. i just dropped my new phone in water. the white square turned black. there doesnt seem to be any problems with the phone so far though. just that the square is no longer white. am i still covered under insurance for this? will they give me another phone? thanks
