Verizon all the way and here's why, having AT&T for 2 years I was so fed up with them...even if they were to pay me to stay with them I would not do it. AT&T customer service is just ridiculous, you can never get a hold of anyone in a decent amount of time. Half the time I had no idea what the charges were for and they couldn't explain either. If your on the phone and driving well just be prepared to lose service at least couple of times, if your in a building good luck getting service!
Honestly AT&T is a joke, I'm with Verizon all the way. I might have dropped a call once since I have been with them, and that was because I was driving through some canyon that even my navigation system had no idea where I was. Customer service is awesome! The only thing that can be negative sometimes is the waiting time when you go into their stores to get something. I mean that's what happens when you have 80 million customers you know.
But honestly it's your decision, so can try both and see what works for you. But for me its Verizon!
