Here are some voice mail commands that may be useful:

 

• 1 to Replay (Listen)
• 4 Personal Options
• 5 to get Envelope information about this message
• 6 to Send a copy to someone else with your remarks (on the same voicemail platform within the AT&T network)
• 7 to Delete this message
• 9 to Save it in the archives
• * to Cancel message review
• 0 to Hear more options
• # to Skip to next message
• 1, 9 to Recover Messages deleted during the current voicemail session
