A class action lawsuit was filed toward AT&T in New Jersey which was over ETF or early termination fees. AT&T published the settlement details about its lawsuit which charged customers ETF fees or who had an account with a flat ETF rate during the time of January 1, 1998 and November 4, 2009. Customers who fall into this category can choose to be part of the settlement or be excluded from it. No terms were given.
