Hello! So, here's my problem. I'm an international student in the US. I obviously don't own any Social Security Number. I need to buy a new blackberry, since my parents are using one, so it'll be easier for us to keep in touch. But, I'm only 17. My plan is getting one of my friend who is 18 to get out a blackberry for me. So, it'll be under his name. But when I turn 18, which will be in December, will I be able to turn over my friend's name into my name? So, when I'm 18, I'll have this account for myself. Serious answer please. Thanks a lot!
