Today is day 26 of the 30 day billing period. I had the 1500 text per month plan, but just checked and I went about 600 texts over (2100 messages sent). Immediately, I upgraded to the unlimited plan, so I know that the texts I send now are included. My question: are the $.05 fees for texts 1501-2100 waived, or do I still have to pay the $30 in overages. Anybody have success getting AT&T or other providers to waive fees by calling and complaining? Any other advice or comments? Thank you, your response is appreciated!
AT&T iPhone went over text limit but upgraded before end of billing cycle?
