Hello, im new to this so if im in the wrong spot for this question just let me know. Im geting an upgrade soon from the lg neon to the samsung mystic and i want to get a data plan. I read somewhere that if i have a messaging plan (which i do) it will only cost 10 bux extra for the data plan.

Is this true?

If not how much would a data plan cost on that phone?
 
When I upgraded to the Samsung Mythic they did require a minimum $20 data plan. However, at that time (March 2010) they had options that would add up to the $20 minimum, Examples: Unlimited data and GPS for $20, or Unlimited data and a certain number of texts for $20 etc. You would be best to call customer service and ask your options. Somtimes you can get more from them direct than you can from a local AT&T store.
