at&t customers please help!! (also need help with samsung messaging phones)?

so i just got a samsung impression in august but i dont like my phone.. so is there a way i can like renew my contract and get a new phone for a 2 year contract price? or anyway for me to get an affordable phone without a contract?
and can i change the plan? like add data if i dont have data right now?
and i was wondering if theres a website where i can get free apps for my samsung impression?
PLEASE HELP! and thank you soo much :)
