So what are the details of your having to get the new phone?
Lost, stolen or damaged and replacing with the SAME model of phone, or upgrading to a different phone than the one being replaced?
The phone you are getting, was it out of stock?
Was this phone gotten through a third party resaler vs a corp store?
I know when I have dealt with Asurion(sp) in the past, I had always gotten a replacement overnighted to me, no cost to me, other than the deductible. And the few times I had to wait longer than a day, were due to holidays or winter weather causing delivery problems.
