with currrent software load I would go with the 8525. WiFi, plus UMTS/HSDPA.
Once there is a release of a firmware udate for both units, I would go with the TREO 750 (Which right now is UMTS only, not HSDPA) even though it doesnt have WiFi. The menus are easier to navigate since Microsoft seems to have allowed Palm to play around with their windows 5.0 standard menus, and Palm has improved upon them.
Both the 8525 and 750w are due to get a Windows Mobile 6.0 upgrade some time in the near future.
