AT commands for GSM modem for AT&T?

Hi All, I have a Sony GR64 modem that I'm trying to use to connect to an AT&T cell data account with an embedded Linux system. Below is my wvdial.conf. I get at far as getting a connect back, but then silence, nothing that looks like PPP. I'd REALLY appreciate help from anyone who's been able to get this type of setup to work before.
