At a certain elevation, a person has a mass of 200 lb and a weight of 180 lbf. What is the local acceleration of gravity in ft/s^2 at that elevation? If the same person was at the earth's surface, what is his mass (lb) and weight (lbf)?

I am not sure about the local acceleration but I know that the mass would stay the same. Would the weight be mass times gravity?
