Astronomy help please?

Assuming Hubble's law with H0 = 70 km/s/Mpc what would be the angular diameter of an E0 galaxy of actual diameter 73 kpc if its 656.3nm H alpha line is observed at 710 nm?

I have no idea what to do, I know hubble's law is:
V = Ho * d
and I know z (red shift) = yobs-ytrue/ytrue = v/c
(where y is lambda)

Please help!
