I was told that Earth is on a tilt because it was hit by a meteorite or an asteroid. What I want to know is; was that meteorite the same one as the one that crashed and wiped out the dinosaurs?
 
Nope, definitely not. Earth was already on a tilt before the dinosaurs even came into existence, so if it really was a meteorite/asteroid that caused Earth's tilt, it wouldn't be the same one as the one that crashed and wiped out the dinosaurs.

I think it isn't even confirmed that it was a meteorite that caused the dinosaurs to become extinct. There's a high probability, but there are other theories to that. (:
