...this chart? Title: Horizon Coordinates of the NCP or SCP

Given any of the following, how do I find out the rest?
Observer's Latitude, Azimuth, Latitude

40°N, Azimuth?, Latitude?
North Pole, Azimuth?, Latitude?
Observer's Latitude?, 0°, 10°
Observer's Latitude?, 180°, 35°
Equator, Azimuth?, Latitude?
60°S, Azimuth?, Latitude?

I know that the observer's latitude and the latitude are always the same. Besides that I'm totally fucking frustrated and I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to fucking do, our teacher didn't tell us shit about shit. All we talk about in class are fucking UFO's. Then he throws these labs at us with no preparation. So I'm working off of nothing and help would be much appreciated.
