How are you supposed to truely know if your child has asthma when the stupid doctors won't test them he has been seeing specialist for 2 years now and they still haven't tested him just keep changing to all these medications?

How old is your child? Have you seen a pediatric pulmonologist? What have they done and what meRAB have they prescribed? In other worRAB, need more info!

how do you know if you really have asthma, also what are the symptoms and worst side affects ??

Some of the symptoms can be shortness of breath (particularly after/during cardio), wheezing, coughing. Not all have to be present. The standard tests are a pulmonary punction test (PFT) or a methocholine challenge. The worst side effect is death from lack of oxygen.

See a pulmonologist for proper testing and evaluation.
