Draw, a fully labeled diagram showing (from the observers vantage point)
a) the horizon, the zenith, the celestial equator, Polaris (the north star)
b) What is the altitude of Polaris and the celestial equator?
 
I'm sorry, but asking a question like this here is just plain silly! Yahoo!Answers has no capability of graphics of any kind, so how on Earth could we "answer" this for you?
