anyone know the thinking of congress as to why they would prefer to hit the middle class on this tax hike???
of people who get healthcare benefits on the jobs as opposed to other tax options like an income tax hike on people over a certain income.
Why would they prefer to levy the tax on essentially the middle class and avoid like the plague the idea of levying the tax on upper income citizens?
