I'm an E-4 in the Army reserves and just moved to a new unit. My mos is 44C. When I look under my assignment it has position title of Sr instructor/writer.
Duty position qualified except for grade
Authorized grade SFC
Does this make sense? I really don't want to have to find another unit. From what I gathered at drill we can become instructors if we make our E-5. Anyone with info let me know pls. TY.
