i need to create a biology prac and test on myself whether 40 additional minutes of exercise daily will decrease my resting HR and/or BP over the space of 7 days.
is this possible? does anyone know any good websites or books where i can get some of this information, i know exercise will decrease HR/BP readings once a person gets fitter etc but is it possible over 7 days?
