My husband got assault w/ bodily injury to a family member and they took picture's. He scratched his ex-girlfriends neck, and she wrote a statement, but doesnt want to press charges. He does have a background, and some things he was only arrested for, and some convicted of. He was arrested for robbery with a firearms-not convicted, convicted of DWI, convicted of possession of cocaine w/ intent, and now this. She did not need medical attention, BUT does have a picture on file showing the scratches. What do you think will happen? Any suggestions?
