ASP.NET machine account ruining my kids computer?

My son was messing with his accounts on his laptop which is a sony vaio and he changed the administrator account to the ASP.NET machine account. Now eveytime time you try to install a program or anything important it asks for the ASP.NET machine account which is created by that account and is randomly generated. I have no idea what to do.
i want to reset it to factory settings but it asks for the ASP.NET machine account password so I cant. Im trying to find a way to reset it without having to give that password.

dont let children play with things they know nothing about. Restart the computer to factory specifications, how it was when it was brand new.

you should remove asp.net, it's only needed if you are a software developer, and even then if you are; you'd have it on a computer that could handle other things going on at the same time.

also check up on the microsoft website, if you do need asp.net maybe get the latest version?
