asp.net c# or vb question?

Hi, in asp.net, c# or vb is there a way to for example add code programatically, for example let's say I have a textBox with the text of "int i = 5; Label1.Text = i;" add I want that code which was entered to the textBox.Text to go into the code of a Button_Click event, so when I click the button the Label1.Text should change to 5. Is there a way to do that. If you know the answer, the name of it, how to do it in c#, in vb or know that you can't do it in asp.net please post it.
(I prefer c# but vb will do too)

I KNOW IT IS NOT SECURE, but I just need it even though it is not secure.
