ok, i've kinda decided that i'm going to ask the guy i like to homecoming. i'll try to make the background short as possible:
i met him a little before summer at a party,we got along really well and we didn't talk til august (except after the party i only talked to him online) cause he lives a little bit farther away, but he's now at my school, a grade younger but yeah. i've talked to him once at school this year, besides online. i say hi to him in the halls but he seems shy and he has started looking at me kind of but whenever i catch his eye he looks away or looks at me out of the corner of his eye, whereas at the party he didn't shut up lol in a good way though, i didn't mind. but i really like him and i am going to try to ask him to homecoming, i just don't know how to or where to....i have lunch with him and he might join a club that i'm in, or so he's said, but he hasn't yet but he said he wanted to so hopefully he'll come soon.
i don't don't DON'T want to ask him in front of anyone....my first time asking so....
1. how can i get him alone to ask...if i say hey i need to talk to u for a minute alone later....thats gonna give him too much time to think about it or talk to his friends about it which may make him think differently cause he'd probably figure it was something along the lines of asking him out or to homecoming.
2. when/if i finally get a chance to talk to him alone, should i act like we're friends, and i'm asking him as a friend...i definately don't want to go overboard with acting like i like him...but should i kind of hint at that i like him more than a friend?
HELP PLEASE! i'll give extra points to the best...if i can figure out how to
like 10-15...again if i can figure it out...you can let me know how to do that too...but the answer to my question has to be good!
