I'm moving to a new city that is near one of my old friends. He goes to the local gym, and I'm interested in joining. However, they do not have guest passes and I must know a member if I want to use the facility. Otherwise, I have to pay the joiner fee and the monthly fee. Is it ok to ask him if he'd mind if I go with him to try it out? I don't want him to feel used. Thank you.
