B blinky New member Feb 27, 2010 #1 i have a 1993 toyota corolla with 140,988 miles on it.thecar is in good shape,but the auto tranny wont shift into high gear till it warms up.after that it does fine what could be the cause.i keep it in overdrive to save gas it is a 4.8 liter 4 cly.
